"Good"
The room was super clean even though a bit outdated. However, don't let that stop you from staying here; the owner is remodeling all the rooms. I didn't stay in one of the remodeled rooms, but from what I could see of them, they looked nice! They served continental breakfast, which may my needs. There is a little kitchenette with two burners, so someone could cook their meals in their room if they bring pots/pans. There weren't any available in my room, so I used the microwave all week.

Fantastic Staff! Nice welcoming and we arrived very late( sorry for that). New owners ,they are updating some rooms, they apologised for the inconveniences, but it was nothing to apologise for. No noise or any disturbing or bothering situation. The room was more than clean and breakfast was fabulous: bagels, fruit, cheerios, milk, coffee, butter, yogurt…the only thing is that you have to eat it in your room. For us that is not a problem, on the contrary, the room was comfy to eat there. On the top of that, we had microwave, fridge, hair drier, iron … in the room,we were delighted, convenient location to visit the Finger lakes. We wish you all the best!

This is our second time staying here. New owners, same good friendly service. They are looking to renovate. The rooms have a dated decor right now, but they are clean. Good continental breakfast, included bananas. Will stay here again if passing by Ithaca.

They have started to update this facility but even the older units where clean with new beds Ans toilets. It’s going to be amazing when completed

"Disappointing"
The person who checked me in at the front desk was very personable and polite. He apologized for the fact that the premises were undergoing renovations. The room was clean. The continental breakfast was good. There was no place to sit to enjoy it but they provided small trays so you could take your breakfast back to your room. There was an assortment of bagels with a choice of butter or cream cheese. There were bananas and assorted yogurts. The coffee was good, and there was a choice of orange or apple juice.

I love that it was a bit from Ithaca so you get some peace and quiet. Family-ran establishment so you’re not giving your money to large corporations but helping to feed an honest family. I have also never stayed in a cleaner place in my life!

Room was clean, AC worked well and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast items were always fresh and well-stocked.

The room, office/breakfast room, and grounds were all very clean. The place is under new ownership and you can tell that they are working on making it a great place to stay.

Location is off the beaten path, vehicle necessary to get to places to eat. Could not find a pizza place that delivered. Great value fir the room. It was clean enough space for 1. Given location they should upgrade linens and towels and bathroom amenities. Would recommend and book again.

The locations was perfect to attend the Cornell Graduation. The parking lot for the graduation was only five minutes down the road.

Not crowded and no permanent residents. No traffic noise. Parking at my door. TV worked. Orange juice and coffee and milk and bagel and yogurt were real fine. Shower was nice and warm in the morning.

The building was actively leaking and musky smelling while we were there. While it did not actively leak in our room, there was a large water stain directly over the bed.
